Empregabilidade em debate

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discorrer acerca da categoria empregabilidade no contexto da sociedade capitalista, buscando evidenciar os limites e possibilidades para a inserção no mercado de trabalho, através de uma perspectiva crítico-dialética realizou uma pesquisa bibliográfica, na qual recorremos a autores que estudam a temática proposta. Obtivemos como conclusão que: na sociedade capitalista existe uma discrepância entre a quantidade de oportunidades de trabalho que são ofertadas e a quantidade de pessoas que estão dispostas a trabalhar, restando assim, aos que não conseguem se inserir no mercado formal o ingresso no âmbito da informalidade.Metrics
