With the growth of cities, characteristics such as urban mobility and accessibility to public equipment have become major challenges for public administration to reach the levels of intelligent and sustainable cities, or smart cities. Smart cities are able to align technological advances with social and environmental progress, through the strategic use of technology. This study focuses on the challenges faced by the population of the city of Garanhuns, a city 230 km from Recife, capital of Pernambuco, and aimed to develop a low code application so that, in a collaborative way, users can assist in evaluating the accessibility of public facilities such as bus stops, health units and tourist attractions in the city. Arcgis Experience Builder and Survey 123 from the Arcgis platform were used as development tools, which allow creating applications with low programming code, providing geographic intelligence resources. The application specified accessibility levels ranging from 1 to 5 (very poor to excellent, respectively) depending on the items present in each location, such as access ramp, lighting, sidewalk conditions, parking for people with disabilities, covered areas, pedestrian crossings. , etc. After the evaluation, the user can also have access to the accessibility results of the locations that were evaluated. This work is expected to contribute to informing users about the level of accessibility of these places in the city, in addition to providing a better understanding of the population's needs and directing public policies aimed at promoting equality and quality of life for all citizens.
